Travel Information

To get to the conference by air, book your travel into the Northwest Arkansas (XNA) airport. Shuttle service to and from the airport will be provided, with the schedule to be announced later. When registering, please include your flight arrival and departure times, or if not yet booked, you can add your flight information to your registration. Your flight arrival/departure information will aid us in optimizing the airport shuttle schedule. For those driving, a map to the hotel is included below.

IMPORTANT: Due to 2024 Great American Eclipse on April 8th, hotel rates in the area are very high for the weekend of the conference. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to book your hotel at the discounted IEEE room rate before this rate expires on March 21. This is the last date we can guarantee the discounted rate.
