On Friday, March 28, there will be a reception from 6 PM onwards.<\/p>\n<p>The Region 5 Congress and Annual Business Meeting will start on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 8 AM and will continue on Sunday, March 30, 2025. IEEE Region 5 holds an annual meeting to approve its Executive Committee members, set goals, and determine an annual budget for programs and services. Each of the 27 Sections is expected to send a minimum of one voting representative to participate.<\/p>\n<p>For more information about the competition, visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/r5conferences.org\/2025\/student-competitions\/\"><u>Student Competitions webpage<\/u><\/a>.  Student Teams interested in competing will also need to complete the Intent to Compete forms from the competition of their choice. Forms should be submitted as soon as possible to properly accommodate everyone.
